Aubrey Levinthal is a painter living and working in Philadelphia. Her practice centers around still life and narrative imagery with an overarching concern for formal language. Her work has been featured in ARTnews, the NYSUN, Harper’s Magazine, the Philadelphia Inquirer and New American Paintings. Levinthal is the recent recipient of her second Elizabeth Greenshields Foundation grant and a residency at Ballinglen Arts Foundation in County Mayo, Ireland in 2017.
