Kathleen McSherry

My work explores the world of the lost object: obsolete, cast off, and discarded. I take the objects found from the past that have lost their usefulness, and combine and alter them in such a way that they come together and rise up, like a phoenix from the ashes to discover a new language, new meaning and a new form.
