Urban Perceptions: Mashiul Chowdhury
Cerulean Arts is pleased to present Urban Perceptions, featuring paintings by Mashiul Chowdhury. Chowdhury was born in Dhaka, Bangladesh and is a physician serving as an infectious disease specialist at Cancer Treatment Centers of America. Although he chose medicine as a profession, he continued to explore his artistic vision and ideals. He studied at PAFA and the Fleisher Art Memorial and is a member of the Philadelphia Sketch Club. In his urban landscapes he strives to express the essence of his perception in an abstract language, with color and texture as the driving force. He has exhibited extensively both nationally and internationally.
