Join Cerulean Collective artist Colleen O'Donnell for a "day-in-the-clay" and learn to sculpt the human figure.  Learn the techniques and tools of figure sculpture through demonstration and hands-on sculpting from the model. Explore anatomy, proportion, design and expression with air-dry clay (no armature required). Expressive possibilities will emerge as your skills develop.

Colleen O'Donnell is a contemporary figurative sculptor and draftsperson. She holds an MFA and Certificate from the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, and studied figure drawing at the Art Students League and the National Academy of Design. She has exhibited widely including invitational exhibitions in New York City and San Francisco.  She has been selected for residencies at the Carving Studio in Rutland, Vermont, and the Fulton Street Gallery in Troy, NY.  She is an adjunct faculty member at PAFA and Senior Adjunct Professor of Sculpture and Drawing at Rowan University at Burlington County, NJ, and was an instructor in the Apprenticeship Program at the Johnson Atelier Institute for Sculpture at the Grounds for Sculpture, NJ.
