Join artist, educator and graphic designer Mark Willie for this intensive workshop in collage, montage and assemblage. Create visual dialogues and unexpected relationships through additive and reductive processes. Cut, paste, tear, scrape, reveal, and re-purpose with paper, glue, paint and drawing to realize your unique artistic vision! 

The workshop will include a tour of Mark Willie's Cerulean Collective exhibition, on view  November 12 - December 7, 2025.

Mark Willie is a member of the Cerulean Arts Collective. He is a full teaching professor and Associate Program Director of Graphic Design in the Westphal College of Media Arts & Design, Drexel University. He is founder and former partner in WFGD Studio, a full-service design office in Philadelphia specializing in identity strategy, publication, and promotional design and design consultancy for corporate, institutional and non-profit clients. Mark’s design work has been recognized by the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA), the Art Directors’ Club of Philadelphia, the Society of Environmental Graphic Design (SEGD), Creativity Quarterly, GDUSA and the Society of National Association Publications, Community Design Collaborative among others. Mark is president emeritus and fellow of the Philadelphia chapter of the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA) and remains active in the Philadelphia design community and beyond. Mark is also a member of the Naudain Art Collaborative and has been active in exhibitions and events on their behalf.
